Our factory is the heart of Sandalyeci Dayanikli Tüketim Mallari Mobilya Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi. Located in Izmir, our production site brings together design, woodworking, metal work and upholstery under one roof. From the first sketch to the final inspection, every chair, table and seating group is produced with care, precision and respect for international standards.

OUR LOCATION

Sandalyeci operates from its head office on Yesillik Caddesi in Karabaglar, Izmir, with the main production facility in Sevgi Mahallesi, Gaziemir, Izmir. This strategic location near major transport routes allows us to serve hospitality, contract and retail clients in many countries with reliable lead times and consistent quality.

 

INTEGRATED PRODUCTION

Our factory is designed as a complete production centre for indoor and outdoor furniture.

• Design and engineering teams develop models that balance comfort, durability and aesthetics
• Raw materials such as solid wood, metal, foam and fabric are carefully selected and inspected
• Wooden parts are cut, shaped and prepared, metal frames are welded and cleaned
• Frames and components move to assembly where chairs, tables and seating groups take their final form
• Upholstery teams finish each product with selected fabrics, leather and stitching details

Every step is recorded and controlled so that large hospitality projects and customised orders can be repeated without loss of quality.

TECHNOLOGY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP

Sandalyeci combines modern machinery with skilled craftsmanship. Computer guided cutting and drilling provide accuracy, while experienced workers handle sanding, detailing and final touch. This mix of technology and human skill allows us to produce series projects for hotels, restaurants and cafes, while still offering custom solutions, different finishes and special dimensions when required.

Quality and safety are central to our factory operations.

• ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System guides how we manage resources, waste and emissions
• ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System supports a safe and healthy workplace for our employees

Each product passes visual checks, strength and stability controls and, where required, specific tests for hospitality and contract use. Non conforming items are corrected or rejected before packing.

RESPONSIBLE MATERIALS

Sandalyeci uses responsibly sourced timber and panel materials. Our FSC Chain of Custody certification shows that selected products can be supplied with wood from responsibly managed forests. This is important for international hotel groups, designers and partners who require documented sustainability in their projects.

PACKING AND LOGISTICS

Finished furniture is carefully packed to protect surfaces and structures during transport. Our logistics team organises shipments for local deliveries and overseas containers. Thanks to our factory layout and stock management, we can handle both single site projects and multi branch roll outs for hospitality brands.
